Currently, the scanner is only tuned to listen to the Northern, Western, and Northwestern Districts in Baltimore City. You can listen to the scanner in MP3 format by clicking on this link: http://www.scanbaltimore.com:8000/scanner.m3u. If you have trouble with that feed, I also stream in OGG format. I recommend the VLC media player to listen to this stream. You can click on this link to hear the feed: http://www.scanbaltimore.com:8000/scanner.ogg.
