For 2009, I'm going to expand outward in all directions by one county again, AND try to do the entire Philadelphia metropolitan area. Wish me luck. Hopefully I don't get fired from my real job for spending too much time working on this site...

When the map states someone's address, and then says that another person involved in the incident is "of the same address," that just means their address is on the same block, not necessarily in the same house.
